Margie Rosselli

Victim/Witness Director

Margie Rosselli is the Coordinator of the Clearfield County Office of Victim Witness. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University. Margie came to the office in November 1999 as a part-time Outreach Advocate. In October 2000, she took the position of Victim/Witness Advocate in the Juvenile Division. Margie worked in that role until assuming her current position as Coordinator in March 2011. Margie is responsible for the administrative duties of the office as well as providing victim services to victims of all crimes whose offender is being prosecuted by the District Attorney. She is available to assist a victim or their family with questions and concerns they may have as they navigate the criminal/juvenile court systems. Margie is a member of the Clearfield County Multi-Disciplinary Investigative Team for the Child Advocacy Center and of the Clearfield County Criminal Justice Advisory Board.
Susan Lewis

Victim/Witness Advocate

Susan Lewis joined the Victim Witness Program in August 2011 and serves as the full-time advocate for victims in the Criminal Justice System. Her duties include providing services information and case status to victims and their families throughout the entire court process including determining restitution, Victims Compensation Assistance Program Claim submission, and Victim Impact Statement opportunities as outlined in the Pennsylvania Crime Victims Bill of Rights. She completed the 30 hour Foundational Academy for Victim Service providers as required and is current on all training requirements by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. She is a member of the Clearfield County Multi-Disciplinary Investigative Team for the Child Advocacy Center and is the Victim Advocate for the Victim Impact Panel for the Clearfield County DUI School.
Lori Swatsworth
Victim Witness Advocate
   Lori Swatsworth came to the Victim Witness Program in February 2018 after a career in the Insurance field. She is the full-time advocate for victims in the Juvenile Justice System. She assists victims of juvenile offenders navigate through their cases by providing case status, restitution determination, adjudication and disposition status and victim impact statement submission to the court as outlined in the Pennsylvania Crime Victims Bill of Rights in the Juvenile Justice System. She also provides services in the Criminal Court System for adult offenders by attending Preliminary Hearing and providing intake and assessment of the victim’s needs and information. Lori completed the 30 hour Foundational Academy for Victim Service Providers as required and is current on all training requirements by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. She is a member of the Clearfield County Multi-Disciplinary Investigative Team for the Child Advocacy Center.
