CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of March 12, 2018. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Cory Irwin, age 34, of Neeper Road, Curwensville, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Irwin is wanted in two separate cases. Irwin failed to appear at Criminal Call held on March 8, 2018, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of February 26, 2018. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jane Gearhart, age 62, of 5th Street, Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Gearhart is wanted for failure to appear at Preliminary Hearings held on February 21, 2018, at which time a warrants were issued for her arrest. On January 2, 2018, Officer Mitchell Klender of the Clearfield Borough Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Gearhart with: 1) Simple Assault, M2; and Harassment, S. In a separate incident, Officer Daniel Podliski of the Clearfield Borough Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Gearhart with: 1) Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, M; and a traffic violation.
