Shaw identified the Fugitive as Brandon Corman, age 24, of Old Route 53, Kylertown, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Corman is wanted for failure to appear at a Pretrial Conference held on May 18, 2017, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Michael English, age 35, of Lingle Street, Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that English is wanted for failure to appear at Jury Selection held on April 13, 2017, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Hunter Anderson, age 23, of Old Sawmill Road, Morrisdale, Pennsylvania. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Anastasia Forrest, age 41, of Franklin Street, DuBois, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Forrest is wanted for failure to appear at Sentencing Court held on February 6, 2017, at which time a warrant was issued for her arrest. On May 24, 2016, Officer Travis Goodman of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Forrest with: 1) Crimial Conspiracy/Theft by Deception, M1; and 2) Theft by Deception, M1. FOW – DANA MAINES

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of January 23, 2017. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Dana Maines, age 22, of Main Street, Big Run, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Maines is wanted for failure to appear at Criminal Call held on January 12, 2017, at which time a warrant was issued for her arrest. On August 4, 2016, Officer Derrick Welsh of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Maines with: 1) Access Device Fraud, M1, 2 counts; and 2) Theft by Unlawful Taking, M2, 2 counts. An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Welsh states that on July 3, 2016, Officer Welsh met with an individual at the Sandy Township Police departnmet in reference to a theft. The individual reported that while attending a party, she noticed that her debit card was missing from her wallet. The individual further explained that since the card went missing, she noticed two separate fraudulent ATM withdrawals had occurred. Upon further investigation, Officer Welsh was able to obtain video from a local bank in which Maines was observed making the two fraudulent withdrawals. Continue reading

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Todd Vereshack, age 32, of Emma Street, Irvona, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Vereshack is wanted for failure to appear at a Preliminary Hearing held on November 23, 2016, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. On October 24, 2016, Officer Joseph Witerhite of the Decatur Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Vereshack with: 1) Corruption of Minors, M1; 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M; 3) Small Amount of Marijuana, M; and 4) Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 7 counts, M.
