JUDY SHIREY
VICTIM/WITNESS COORDINATOR

judyshirey.jpg Judy Shirey serves as the Office Coordinator. Judy began her career with the VW Office in September 1994 when she served as the Juvenile Advocate. In October 2000, Judy accepted the position of Coordinator.

Judy supervises a staff of three, including two full time Victim Advocates and a part time secretary. On a yearly basis, Judy attends a minimum of 30 hours training to stay updated on victim issues.

Along with providing direct services such as Crisis Counseling, Information and Referral, Advocacy, and Accompaniment to Criminal Proceedings, Judy writes grants to obtain funding for the Victim/Witness Office and files numerous statistical and financial reports. Judy plans activities for Victim’s Rights Week and for the Clearfield County Homicide Support Group. Judy and her staff accompany victims to local and state correctional facilities to speak with inmates as part of the Impact of Crime classes.

Judy is committed to ensuring that victims of crime in Clearfield County are well informed, and treated with dignity and respect throughout their criminal proceedings.

MARGIE ROSSELLI
VICTIM/WITNESS ADVOCATE

Margie Rosselli is a Victim/Witness Advocate in the Juvenile Division of the Victim/Witness Office. Margie came to the office in November 1999 as a part-time Outreach Advocate and began her current position in October 2000. Margie is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, and completes 30 hours of victim services training each year as required by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. Margie is available to provide victims of juvenile crime all the services of the Clearfield County Victim/Witness Office.

TAMMY KYLER
VICTIM/WITNESS ADVOCATE

Tammy Kyler is a Victim/Witness Advocate in the Adult Division of the Victim/Witness Office. Tammy has been part of Victim/Witness team for the past 8 years. In November 1998, Tammy started as a secretary and became an Advocate in October 2000. To keep current on all issues of victim services, Tammy attends 30 hours of yearly training and recently attended the Victim/Witness Academy at the University of Scranton.

In her position, Tammy provides direct services to victims and works diligently to keep victims updated on the status of their cases. Tammy also works with victims to obtain Crime Victims Compensation and provides advocacy for victims during court proceedings.
