 Chris O'Connor CAPTURED
CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of October 24, 2011.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Chris John O'Connor, age 52, of North Church Street, DuBois, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that O'Connor is wanted for failure to appear at a Preliminary Hearing on August 31, 2011, and for failure to appear at Arraignment Court on September 28, 2011.
On July 6, 2011, Officer Shawn Fye of the Lawrence Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging O'Connor with: 1) Driving Under the Influence, M; 2) Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended or Revoked, S; 3) Careless Driving, S; 4) Driving on Right Side of Roadway, S; and 5) Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, S
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Fye states that on May 20, 2011 the Lawrence Township Police Department was dispatched to a one vehicle accident on Park Avenue Extension. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Fye detected signs of impairment and requested that O'Connor perform field sobriety tests. After administering the field sobriety tests, O'Connor was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for blood testing.
A Preliminary Hearing was scheduled for August 31, 2011, at which time O'Connor failed to appear and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Also, on September 28, 2011, O'Connor failed to appear for Arraignment Court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
O'Connor is described as follows:

Hair: Brown
