 Jeremiah Wisor
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jeremiah Wisor, age 21, of Park Avenue, Clearfield, Pennsylvania.
Wisor was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on June 20, 2011.
On February 8, 2011, Trooper Kimberly Ronan of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Wisor with Theft By Unlawful Taking, F3.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Ronan states that in July 2010, the Pennsylvania State Police began an investigation into a theft that occurred at a residence in West Decatur. Upon investigation, it was found that Wisor had unlawfully removed approximately $3,000.00 from the victim's residence.
A Preliminary Hearing was scheduled for March 16, 2011, at which time all charges were held for Court. On May 10, 2011, Wisor failed to appear for Plea and Sentencing Court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Shaw stated that on June 21, 2011, Officers from the Clearfield Borough Police Department apprehended Wisor, and he was taken into custody without incident. Wisor is currently lodged in the Clearfield County jail.
Shaw thanked the Clearfield Borough Police Department for their hard work and assistance with this case.
