 DA Bill Shaw and Pack 43 Scouts CLEARFIELD - On December 28, 2010, Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., spoke to members of the West Decatur Cub Scout Troop, Pack #43.
Shaw gave the Cub Scouts and pack leader Kathy Beish a tour of the Clearfield County District Attorney's Office. Shaw also talked to the pack members about what type of work is done by the District Attorney's Office, including an overview of the job of a prosecutor. Shaw also stressed to the pack members the importance of not getting involved in criminal activity, and instructed that the cub scouts should listen to their parents, teachers, and pack leader. The Cub Scout pack also toured other areas of the Courthouse, viewing the courtrooms, holding cells, and other Clearfield County Offices.
