CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of March 19, 2012.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Daniel Kloberdance, age 46, of Graham Road, Woodland, Pennsylvania.

Shaw stated that Kloberdance is wanted for failure to appear at a Preliminary Hearing on October 12, 2011.

On July 15, 2011, Trooper Kimberly Ronan of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Kloberdance with: 1) Recklessly Endangering Another Person, M2; 2) Disorderly Conduct, M3; and 3) Harassment, S.

An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Ronan states that on July 10, 2011, the Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to respond to an incident on Graham Road in Bradford Township. Upon investigation it was found that Kloberdance had pointed a firearm at the victims while they were traveling in a vehicle on Graham Road.

CAPTURED

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of March 12, 2012.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Johnalee Smeal, age 29, of Old Erie Pike, West Decatur, Pennsylvania.

Shaw stated that Smeal is wanted for failure to appear at Arraignment Court on February 29, 2012.

On December 5, 2011, Tpr. Adam Gibson of the Pennsylvania State Police, Woodland Barracks,  filed a Criminal Complaint charging Smeal with: 1) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M; 3 counts.

An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Gibson states that at approximately 8:50 am on June 10, 2011, Gibson was dispatched to a Chester Hill residence for suspected drug activity.  Upon arrival, Gibson observed drug paraphernalia in an apartment that was previously occupied by Smeal.  The paraphernalia included syringes, empty prescription pill bottles, home-made foil pipes, and burnt spoons.

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of March 5, 2012.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jessica Keller, age 32, of DuBois, Pennsylvania.

Shaw stated that Keller is wanted for failure to appear at Motions Court on February 27, 2007, and for failure to appear at Plea and Sentencing Court on March 27, 2007.

On May 16, 2006, Officer Randall Young of the DuBois City Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Keller with: 1) Driving Under the Influence, M; 2) Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, S; and 3) Obedience to Traffic Control Devices, S.

An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Young states that on April 29, 2006, while on routine patrol, officers observed a vehicle exceeding the posted speed limit and swerving within its lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Young detected signs of impairment and requested that Keller perform field sobriety tests. After administering the field sobriety tests, Keller was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for blood testing.

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of February 27, 2012.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as David Elensky, age 61, of Houtzdale, Pennsylvania.

Shaw stated that Elensky is wanted for failure to appear at Criminal Call on February 5, 2008.

On April 3, 2007, Trooper Mark Miscavish of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Elensky with: 1) Driving Under the Influence, M; 2) Careless Driving, S; 3) Turning Movements and Required Signals, S; and 4) Stopping, Standing and Parking Outside Business and Residence Districts, S.

An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Miscavish states that on March 7, 2007, the Pennsylvania State Police received a report of a vehicle parked on State Route 53 with the operator asleep in the driver's seat. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Miscavish detected signs of impairment and requested that Elensky perform field sobriety tests. After administering the field sobriety tests, Elensky was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for blood testing.

A Preliminary Hearing was held on May 23, 2007, at which time all charges were held to court.

CAPTURED

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of February 21, 2012.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Tracy Mortimer, age 31, of Brockway, Pennsylvania.

Shaw stated that Mortimer is wanted for failure to appear at Plea and Sentencing Court on February 14, 2012.

On April 27, 2011, Officer Michael Davidson of the DuBois City Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Mortimer with Criminal Mischief, M2.

An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Davidson states that on April 8, 2011, Officers were dispatched to a residence on South Main Street in DuBois City for the report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival at the scene, Officer Davidson observed large scratches on both sides of the vehicle and that the vehicle had two flat tires. A witness reported that she had observed Mortimer causing the damage to the vehicle. The damages were estimated at approximately $1,916.90.

A Preliminary Hearing was held on June 3, 2011, at which time all charges were held to court.
