FUGITIVE OF THE WEEK - May 21, 2012 |

 Holly Wolf CAPTURED
CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of May 21, 2012.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Holly Wolf, age 23, of DuBois, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that Wolf is wanted for failure to appear at Criminal Call on May 17, 2012.
On November 14, 2011, Officer Josh Johnston of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Wolf with: 1) Acquisition of a Controlled Substance by Fraud, Forgery or Deception, F, 2 Counts; 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M, 2 Counts; and 3) Theft By Deception, M3, 2 Counts.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Johnston states that in March 2011, the Sandy Township Police Department received a report of two instances of fraudulent acquisition of controlled substances from a pharmacy in Sandy Township. Upon investigation it was found that on two occasions Wolf has used a fictitious name to obtain prescriptions that had been prescribed to another person.

 Bruce Warholic CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of May 14, 2012.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Bruce Warholic, age 48, of Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that Warholic is wanted for failure to appear at Arraignment Court on February 18, 2009.
On December 11, 2008, Officer Mark R. Kelly of the Decatur Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Warholic with: 1) Driving Under the Influence, M; 2) Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended or Revoked, S; 3) Driving Vehicle At Safe Speed, S; 4) Careless Driving, S; and 5) Restraint Systems, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Kelly states that on December 11, 2008, the Decatur Township Police Department were dispatched to the scene of a one vehicle accident on State Route 53 in Decatur Township. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Kelly detected signs of impairment and Warholic was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for blood testing.

 Kevin McGary CAPTURED
CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of May 7, 2012.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Kevin McGary, age 24, of Greenville, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that McGary is wanted in two separate cases for failure to appear at Preliminary Hearings on May 2, 2012.
On March 26, 2012, Trooper David Patrick of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging McGary with:1) Burglary, F2; 2) Criminal Trespass, F2; 3) Criminal Conspiracy, F2, 2 Counts; 4) Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, M2; and 5) Receiving Stolen Property, M2.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Patrick states that on January 6, 2012, the Pennsylvania State Police began an investigation into a burglary that occurred at a commercial business in the Borough of Coalport. Upon investigation it was found that McGary had smashed a window of the business and gained entry into the building. Two other individuals assisted McGary as lookouts. While inside McGary removed several items including inspection stickers, prescription medication, and cigarettes.
A Preliminary Hearing was held on May 2, 2012, at which time McGary failed to appear and all charges were held for court.

 Nicholas Lockart CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of April 30, 2012.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Nicholas Lockhart, age 22, of Elizabeth, West Virginia.
Shaw stated that Lockhart is wanted for failure to appear at Plea and Sentencing Court on April 24, 2012.
On February 10, 2012, Trooper Christopher Pifer of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Lockhart with:1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, M; 2) Registration and Certificate of Title Required, S; 3) Display of Registration Plate, S; 4) Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended or Revoked, S; 5) Required Financial Responsibility, S; 6) Driving Vehicle At Safe Speed, S; 7) Careless Driving, S; and 8) Restraint Systems, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Pifer states that on January 24, 2012, the Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the scene of a two vehicle crash on Dillon Road in Beccaria Township. Upon investigation it was found that Lockhart had been operating one of the vehicles involved in the crash. At the scene, Trooper Pifer detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from Lockhart's vehicle. Prior to the arrival of the State Police, Lockhart had been transported to the Altoona Hospital, and blood testing was performed.

 Willie Hockenberry CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of April 23, 2012.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Willie Ray Hockenberry, age 23, of Grassflat, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that Hockenberry is wanted for failure to appear at Arraignment Court on February 15, 2012.
On January 3, 2012, Trooper Terry Jordan of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Hockenberry with: 1) Receiving Stolen Property, M1, 3 Counts; and 2) Theft From a Motor Vehicle, M1, 3 Counts.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Jordan states that in May 2011, the Pennsylvania State Police began an investigation into three separate incidents of theft from motor vehicles in Cooper Township. Several items including credit cards, U.S. currency, and a lap top had been stolen from the vehicles. Upon investigation it was found that Hockenberry had unlawfully entered the vehicles and removed the missing items.
