 Chris John O'Connor CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Chris John O'Connor, age 52, of North Church Street, DuBois, Pennsylvania.
O'Connor was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on October 24, 2011.
On July 6, 2011, Officer Shawn Fye of the Lawrence Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging O'Connor with: 1) Driving Under the Influence, M; 2) Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended or Revoked, S; 3) Careless Driving, S; 4) Driving on Right Side of Roadway, S; and 5) Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, S
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Fye states that on May 20, 2011 the Lawrence Township Police Department was dispatched to a one vehicle accident on Park Avenue Extension. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Fye detected signs of impairment and requested that O'Connor perform field sobriety tests. After administering the field sobriety tests, O'Connor was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for blood testing.

 Brenda Boyer CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Brenda Sue Boyer, age 47, of Laura Street, Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.
Boyer was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on February 13, 2012.
On April 28, 2010, Trooper Adam Gibson of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Boyer with: 1) Driving Under the Influence, M; 2) Investigation by Police Officers, S; and 3) Restraint Systems, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Gibson states that in April 2010 while on routine patrol, Troopers observed a vehicle traveling extremely slow through a gated area. Upon making contact with the driver, Gibson detected signs of impairment and requested that Boyer perform field sobriety tests. After administering the field sobriety tests, Boyer was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for blood testing.

 Wayne Clifton CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Wayne Clifton, age 54, of E. Walnut Street, Clearfield, Pennsylvania.
Clifton was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on February 6, 2012.
On March 15, 2011, Trooper Terry Jordan of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Clifton with: 1) Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, F3, 8 Counts; 2) Theft By Deception, F3, 8 Counts; 3) Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, M1, 73 Counts; 4) Theft By Deception, M1, 73 Counts; 5) Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, M2, 55 Counts; 6) Theft By Deception, M2, 55 Counts; 7) Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, M3, 7 Counts; and 8) Theft By Deception, M3, 7 Counts.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Jordan states that in January 2011, the Pennsylvania State Police received a report from the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging regarding their concern that an elderly woman was the victim of an ongoing theft. Trooper Jordan interviewed the victim and found that Clifton had obtained a Power of Attorney for the victim, and that Clifton was to be responsible for paying all of the victim's bills. Upon investigation, it was found that for over a two year period of time Clifton had improperly taken over $50,000.00 from the victim.

 John Rokoski CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as John Rokoski, age 47, of New Castle, Pennsylvania.
Rokoski was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on June 6, 2011.
On March 15, 2010, Officer Steve Maholtz of the DuBois City Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Rokoski with: 1) Driving Under the Influence, M; 2) Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer, F; 3) Stop Signs and Yield Signs, S; 4) Driving Vehicle At Safe Speed; 5) Driving on Right Side of Roadway; 6) Obedience to Traffic-Control Devices, S; 7) Drivers Required to Be Licensed, S; and 8) Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Maholtz states that on March 5, 2010, while on routine patrol, Officers observed a vehicle fail to stop at a posted stop sign. Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop by activating their emergency lights, however the vehicle failed to stop. Officers pursued the vehicle for several blocks, until the vehicle became immobilized in the snow. The driver then exited the vehicle and did not comply with the Officers' orders to remain near the vehicle, and the driver did begin running away from the Officers. Officers then followed the individual and upon apprehending the driver of the vehicle, Maholtz detected signs of impairment. Rokoski was then transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center.

 Cory Eminhizer CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Cory Eminhizer, age 30, of Grassflat Avenue, Grassflat, Pennsylvania.
Eminhizer was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on November 21, 2011.
On May 26, 2011, Trooper Robert Straw of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Eminhizer with:1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance, M; 2) Registration and Certificate of Title Required, S; 3) Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, S; 4) Required Financial Responsibility, S; 5) Driving On Roadways Laned for Traffic, S; and 6) Operation of Vehicle Without Official Certificate of Inspection, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Straw states that on May 19, 2011, the Pennsylvania State Police responded to the scene of a one vehicle accident on Main Street in Cooper Township. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Straw detected signs of impairment and requested that Eminhizer perform field sobriety tests. After administering the field sobriety tests, Eminhizer was transported for blood alcohol testing.
