 Jenna Jean Grumblatt CLEARFIELD - Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jenna Jean Grumblatt, age 27, of East Park Avenue, DuBois, Pennsylvania.
Grumblatt has two pending cases and was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on August 16, 2010.
On March 23, 2006, Officer Steve Maholtz of the DuBois City Police Department filed a Criminal Complaint charging Grumblatt with: 1) Simple Assault, M2; and 2) Retail Theft, M2.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Maholtz states that on May 15, 2006, the DuBois City Police were dispatched to the Sheetz store on Brady Street for a report of individuals fighting with an employee. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim, who was a store clerk. The victim reported that Grumblatt was observed concealing items on her person and then leaving the store without paying for the items. Grumblatt then assaulted the victim, when the victim attempted to detain Grumblatt. The victim recovered a purse that was dropped by Grumblatt. The purse contained Grumblatt's driver license and various papers with Grumblatt's name. Grumblatt fled in 1993 Ford Sedan.

 Jarred Peters CLEARFIELD - Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jarred Peters, age 19, of Dorey Street, Clearfield, Pennsylvania.
Peters was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on February 7, 2011.
On June 16, 2010, Sergeant Mark Brooks of the Lawrence Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Peters with: 1) Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Theft By Deception, F3, 3 Counts; 2) Theft By Deception, F3, 3 Counts; 3) Receiving Stolen Property, F3, 3 Counts; 4) Theft By Deception, M1, 6 Counts; 5) Receiving Stolen Property, M1, 2 Counts; and 6) Theft By Deception, M2, 3 Counts.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Sgt. Brooks states that on May 21, 2010, the Lawrence Township Police received a report of an ongoing theft from a Lawrence Township business. Upon further investigation, it was found that Peters and five other individuals were involved in presenting fraudulent weigh slips and collecting payments from the business. Peters and the five other individuals improperly collected a total of approximately $8,677.45 in payments from the business.

 Dirk M. Painter CLEARFIELD - Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Dirk M. Painter, age 20, of Quarry Avenue, DuBois, Pennsylvania.
Painter was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on December 20, 2010.
On March 15, 2010, Officer Randall Young of the DuBois City Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Painter with: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance, M; 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2 Counts, M; 3) Corruption of Minors, M3; and 4) Driver's Required to Be Licensed, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Young states that on November 6, 2009, Painter was observed operating a vehicle on Chestnut Street, DuBois, and at the time it was known that Painter did not a valid driver's license. Upon stopping the vehicle, Young made contact with Painter and detected signs of impairment. Young requested that Painter perform standard field sobriety tests. After administering the field sobriety tests, Painter was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for blood testing. Young also found that the passenger of the vehicle was a female juvenile, and further observed packets of suspected marijuana and two white pills inside the vehicle.

 Henry Cutler CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Henry L. Cutler, age 20, of Daisy Street, Clearfield, Pennsylvania.
Cutler was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on December 13, 2010.
On October 14, 2009, Assistant Chief Vince J. McGinnis of the Clearfield Borough Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Cutler with: 1) Statutory Sexual Assault, F2; 2) Aggravated Indecent Assault, F2; and 3) Indecent Assault, M2.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by McGinnis states that on August 14, 2009, Clearfield County Children Youth and Family Services made a referral to the Clearfield Borough Police Department, alleging that Cutler had inappropriate sexual contact with the victim, a 14 year old female. Clearfield Police met with the victim and she related that Cutler had inappropriate sexual contact with her in January of 2009.
A Preliminary Hearing was held on December 2, 2009, at which time all charges were held to court.

 Raymond Bloom CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the fugitive as Raymond W. Bloom, age 29, of State Street, Curwensville, Pennsylvania.
Bloom was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on November 1, 2010.
Shaw stated that on November 29, 2010, Bloom voluntarily surrendered himself to Deputies from the Clearfield County Sheriff's Office after remaining on the Fugitive of the Week list for four weeks.
On March 15, 2010, Officer Michael Morris of the Lawrence Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Bloom with: 1) Retail Theft, M1; and 2) Receiving Stolen Property, M1.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Morris states that on February 14, 2010, the Lawrence Township Police received a report that Bloom had stolen a computer from the Walmart store, located in Lawrence Township. Upon further investigation, Morris interviewed a witness who observed Bloom removing the computer.
