 Holly Wolf CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Holly Wolf, age 23, of DuBois, Pennsylvania.
Wolf was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on May 21, 2012.
On November 14, 2011, Officer Josh Johnston of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Wolf with: 1) Acquisition of a Controlled Substance by Fraud, Forgery or Deception, F, 2 Counts; 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M, 2 Counts; and 3) Theft By Deception, M3, 2 Counts.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Johnston states that in March 2011, the Sandy Township Police Department received a report of two instances of fraudulent acquisition of controlled substances from a pharmacy in Sandy Township. Upon investigation it was found that on two occasions Wolf has used a fictitious name to obtain prescriptions that had been prescribed to another person.

 Daniel Kloberdance CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Daniel Kloberdance, age 46, of Graham Road, Woodland, Pennsylvania.
Kloberdance was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on March 19, 2012.
On July 15, 2011, Trooper Kimberly Ronan of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Kloberdance with: 1) Recklessly Endangering Another Person, M2; 2) Disorderly Conduct, M3; and 3) Harassment, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Ronan states that on July 10, 2011, the Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to respond to an incident on Graham Road in Bradford Township. Upon investigation it was found that Kloberdance had pointed a firearm at the victims while they were traveling in a vehicle on Graham Road.

 Kevin McGary CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Kevin McGary, age 24, of Greenville, Pennsylvania.
McGary was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on May 7, 2012.
On March 26, 2012, Trooper David Patrick of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging McGary with:1) Burglary, F2; 2) Criminal Trespass, F2; 3) Criminal Conspiracy, F2, 2 Counts; 4) Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition, M2; and 5) Receiving Stolen Property, M2.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Patrick states that on January 6, 2012, the Pennsylvania State Police began an investigation into a burglary that occurred at a commercial business in the Borough of Coalport. Upon investigation it was found that McGary had smashed a window of the business and gained entry into the building. Two other individuals assisted McGary as lookouts. While inside McGary removed several items including inspection stickers, prescription medication, and cigarettes.
A Preliminary Hearing was held on May 2, 2012, at which time McGary failed to appear and all charges were held for court.

 Michael Schake CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Michael Schake, age 20, of Morrisdale, Pennsylvania.
Schake was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on April 16, 2012.
On October 6, 2011, Patrolman Nathan Curry of the Clearfield Borough Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Schake with: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M; 2) Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M, 2 Counts; and 3) Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Patrolman Curry states that on September 30, 2011, the Clearfield Borough Police Department conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle operated by Schake on South Front Street in Clearfield Borough. Upon making contact with Schake, Officers observed drug paraphernalia and marijuana inside the vehicle. It was also found the Schake's operating privileges had been suspended.
A Preliminary Hearing was held on October 19, 2011, at which time all charges were held to court.

 Frank Evans CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Frank Evans, age 21, of Erie, Pennsylvania.
Evans was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on April 2, 2012.
On February 22, 2011, Trooper John Eisman of the Pennsylvania State Police, DuBois Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Evans with: 1) Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License, F3; and 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Eisman states that on February 22, 2011, the Pennsylvania State Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on Interstate 80. Upon searching the vehicle, Troopers found a loaded handgun and two ounces of marijuana. Evans was interviewed by Troopers and relayed that he was the occupant who had the gun, and that the marijuana was his. Upon further investigation, it was found that Evans was not the licensed owner of the handgun, and that the owner was not present in the vehicle.
