FOW – JASON GUTHRIE

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of August 24, 2015. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jason Guthrie, age 34, of Williams Street, Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Guthrie is wanted for failure to appear at a Preliminary Hearing held on June 17, 2015. On May 14, 2015, Trooper Joshua Lawrence of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Guthrie with multiple counts of: 1) Forgery, F3; 2) Theft by Unlawful Taking, F3; and 3) Bad Checks, S. FOW – KASEY CONDON

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of August 17, 2015. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Kasey Condon, age 24, of Valley View Drive, Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Condon is wanted for failure to appear at Plea and Sentencing Court held on August 11, 2015. On January 30, 2015, Officer Julie Curry of the Lawrence Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Condon with: 1) Retail Theft, M2; and 2) Receiving Stolen Property, M3. An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Curry states that on January 9, 2015, Lawrence Township Police received a complaint of a theft at a local business the previous day. Upon investigation, it was determined that a store employee had witnessed Condon concealing items in her purse. Condon was then observed paying for several items; however, she did not pay for the items that were concealed within her purse. Condon then refused to stop when confronted by store personnel. FOW – BENJAMIN COLYER

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of August 10, 2015. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Benjamin Colyer, age 20, of Lilly Street, Philipsburg, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Colyer is wanted for failure to appear at a Preliminary Hearing held on July 8, 2015. On May 25, 2015, Patrolman Adam Raybuck of the Clearfield Borough Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Colyer with: 1) Theft by Unlawful Taking, M2; 2) Theft by Deception, M2; and 3) Receiving Stolen Property, M2. An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Patrolman Raybuck states that on April 25, 2015, Clearfield Borough Police received a complaint that someone had stolen 15 video games from the victim. Upon investigation, it was determined that Colyer had removed the video games from the victim’s home. In addition, Colyer later sold the video games to a local business. Continue reading

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of July 27, 2015. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Destiny Gasbarre, age 26, of Rumbarger Avenue, Dubois, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Gasbarre is wanted in two separate cases for failure to appear at a Pretrial Conference held on July 16, 2015. On February 6, 2015, Officer Travis Goodman of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Gasbarre with multiple counts of: 1) Forgery, F3; 2) Access Device Fraud, M2; 3) Theft by Unlawful Taking, M2; and 4) Receiving Stolen Property, M3. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Robert Selfridge, age 35, of Main Street, Falls Creek, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Selfridge is wanted for failure to appear at a Pre-trial Conference held on July 16, 2015. On February 23, 2015, Sergeant Kris Kruzelak of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Selfridge with: 1) Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, F; 2) Person Not To Possess Firearms, F2; 3) Firearms Not To Be Carried Without a License, F3; 4) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M; 5) Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, M; and 6) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Danny Wilson, age 36, of Swoope Street, Brisbin, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Wilson is wanted for failure to appear at a Criminal Call held on July 7, 2015. On February 27, 2015, Trooper Dennis Peters of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Wilson with: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance, M; 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M; 3) Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, M; 4) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M; and 5) related summary offenses. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Melanie Hartman, age 23, of Forcey Road, Woodland, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Hartman is wanted for failure to appear at Plea and Sentencing Court on September 23, 2014. On July 14, 2014, Patrolman Nathan Curry of the Clearfield Borough Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Hartman with: 1) Access Device Fraud, M1; and 2) Receiving Stolen Property, M1. FOW – THEODORE WELLS

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of June 8, 2015. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Theodore Wells, age 27, of Highland Street, Dubois, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Wells is wanted for failure to appear at a Criminal Pretrial Conference held on May 21, 2015. On November 18, 2014, Trooper Jason McKee of the Pennsylvania State Police, Dubois Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Wells with: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, M; 2) Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, S; 3) Careless Driving, S; and 4) Occupant Protection, S. An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper McKee states that on March 28, 2014, the Pennsylvania State Police, Dubois Barracks, were dispatched to Highland Avenue, Brady Township, for the report of a vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Trooper McKee observed a vehicle with extensive damage. Upon making contact with the operator of the vehicle, identified as Wells, signs of impairment were detected. Wells was then transported to Altoona Regional Hospital for treatment. A Preliminary Hearing was scheduled for December 19, 2014, at which time all charges were held for court. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Austin Delgrosso, age 46, of Smith Street, Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Delgrosso is wanted in two separate cases for failure to appear at a Criminal Call on May 14, 2015.
