Shaw identified the Fugitive as Melissa Reitz, age 46, of Egypt Road, Brockway, Pennsylvania.

Shaw stated that Reitz is wanted for failure to appear at a hearing regarding the Commonwealth’s Motion to Revoke Bail on June 25, 2019, at which time a warrant was issued for her arrest.

On January 8, 2018, Corporal Matthew Robertson of the DuBois City Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Reitz with: 1) Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, F; 2) Dealing in Proceeds of an Unlawful Activity, F1; 3) Simple Possession, M; 4) Paraphernalia, M; 5) Retail Theft, S; and 6) Receiving Stolen Property, M3.

An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Corporal Robertson states that on January 7, 2018, Officers were dispatched to a local business for the report of a retail theft. On January 12, 2018, a preliminary hearing was held and all charges were held to Court. On June 25, 2019, Reitz failed to appear for a hearing regarding the Commonwealth’s Motion to Revoke Bail and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
