FOW – COLT KRAMER

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of October 31, 2016. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Colt Kramer, age 31, of 13th Street, Philipsburg, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Kramer is wanted for failure to appear at Criminal Call held on October 27, 2016, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. On February 8, 2016, Deputy George DeHaven of the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Kramer with: 1) Endangering the Welfare of Children, M1. Continue reading

FOW – DARIN COOLEY

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of October 10, 2016. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Darin Cooley, age 34, of Patterson Ave., DuBois, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Cooley is wanted in two separate cases for failure to appear. Cooley failed to appear at Criminal Call held on September 1, 2016, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. Cooley additionally failed to appear at a Preliminary Hearing held on October 7, 2016, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. On April 13, 2016, Officer Casey Doherty of the DuBois City Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Cooley with: 1) Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License, F3. Continue reading

FOW – BRIAN KEPHART, JR

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of October 3, 2016. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Brian Kephart, Jr., age 19, of Franks Lane, Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Kephart is wanted for failure to appear at Sentencing Court held on September 27, 2016, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 12, 2016, Officer Mitchell Klender of the Clearfield Borough Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Kephart with: 1) Fleeing and Eluding, F3; and various traffic offenses.
