CAPTURED – ROBERT SELFRIDGE

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Robert Selfridge, age 35, of Main Street, Falls Creek, Pennsylvania. Selfridge was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on July 20, 2015. On February 23, 2015, Sergeant Kris Kruzelak of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Selfridge with: 1) Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, F; 2) Person Not To Possess Firearms, F2; 3) Firearms Not To Be Carried Without a License, F3; 4) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M; 5) Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, M; and 6) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M. An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Sergeant Kruzelak states that on February 19, 2015, Sandy Township Police were dispatched to a local hotel for the report of an activated fire alarm. Upon arrival at the hotel, officers were advised that smoke and an odor of marijuana was coming from a room that had caused the alarm to be activated. Officers were further advised that a male, later identified as Selfridge, remained in the room and placed unknown items into two duffle bags before placing them in a car. After receiving a search warrant for the vehicle, officers discovered three handguns, drug paraphernalia, and various controlled substances including; methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, and prescription pills. CAPTURED – DESTINY GASBARRE

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Destiny Gasbarre, age 26, of Rumbarger Avenue, Dubois, Pennsylvania. Gasbarre was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on July 27, 2015. On February 6, 2015, Officer Travis Goodman of the Sandy Township Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Gasbarre with multiple counts of: 1) Forgery, F3; 2) Access Device Fraud, M2; 3) Theft by Unlawful Taking, M2; and 4) Receiving Stolen Property, M3. An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Officer Goodman states that on October 3, 2014, the victim reported to police that her check card had been stolen. Upon investigation, it was discovered that Gasbarre had used the check card to make numerous purchases at several different locations. The total amount charged to the account was $2,877.83. CAPTURED – JOHN LYTLE, Jr

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive. Shaw identified the Fugitive as John Lytle Jr., age 34, of Drane Highway, Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania. Lytle was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on June 2, 2015. On September 30, 2014, Trooper Michael Meko of the Pennsylvania State Police - Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Lytle with: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, M; 2) Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, S; 3) Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, S; 4) Careless Driving, S; and 5) Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages, S. An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Meko states that on September 20, 2014, while on routine patrol, he observed a vehicle weaving in and out of its lane of travel. Trooper Meko activated his emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the operator, identified as Lytle, signs of impairment were observed. CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of July 27, 2015. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Destiny Gasbarre, age 26, of Rumbarger Avenue, Dubois, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Gasbarre is wanted in two separate cases for failure to appear at a Pretrial Conference held on July 16, 2015. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Danny Wilson, age 36, of Swoope Street, Brisbin, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Wilson is wanted for failure to appear at a Criminal Call held on July 7, 2015. On February 27, 2015, Trooper Dennis Peters of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Wilson with: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance, M; 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance, M; 3) Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, M; 4) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M; and 5) related summary offenses.
