CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of April 28, 2014. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Robert William Wills, age 57, of Stahls Lane, Tyrone, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Wills is wanted for failure to appear at Plea and Sentencing Court on March 25, 2014. On September 16, 2013, Trooper Richard Breakey of the Pennsylvania State Police, DuBois Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Wills with: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, M; 2) Drivers Required to be Licensed, S; and 3) Driving On Roadways Laned for Traffic, S. CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Kody Clayton Best, age 20, of Daisy Street, Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Best was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on April 14, 2014. On November 20, 2013, Patrolman Nathan Curry of the Clearfield Borough Police Department, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Best with: 1) Theft From a Motor Vehicle, M1; 2) Receiving Stolen Property, M1; and 3) Criminal Conspiracy, M1. Shaw identified the Fugitive as Jeremy John Kromer, age 33, of Kromer Road, DuBois, Pennsylvania. Shaw stated that Kromer is wanted for failure to appear at Pretrial Conferences on March 27, 2014.
