SHAW ANNOUNCES WOODLAND MAN CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

Shaw identified the defendant as Reed Finnigan, age 60, of Shawville Highway, Woodland, Pennsylvania.
On July 27, 2012, Trooper Kimberly Ronan of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Reed with: 1) Sexual Abuse of Children- Possession of Child Pornography, F2/F3, 547 Counts; 2) Unlawful Contact With Minor, F2, 10 Counts; 3) Obscene and Other Sexual Materials, M1, 368 Counts; and 4) Invasion of Privacy, M2, 12 Counts.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Ronan states that on January 25, 2012, the Pennsylvania State Police executed a search warrant at Reed's residence and seized his external hard drive and two computers. An analysis of the external hard drive and computers was completed by the State Police's Computer Crime Unit, which resulted in a finding of images of children under the age of 18 years of age engaging in prohibited sexual acts or the simulation of such acts. Additionally, the external hard drive was found to contain images of children under the age of 18 years of age which had been edited in order to appear as though they were engaging in prohibited sexual acts or the simulation of such acts.

FUGITIVE OF THE WEEK – July 30, 2012
CAPTURED
CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of July 30, 2012.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Heather Ann Ellinger, age 33, of Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that Ellinger is wanted for failure to appear at Pretrial Conferences on July 19, 2012.
On December 27, 2011, Trooper Steven Johnson of the Pennsylvania State Police, Punxsutawney Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Ellinger with:1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, M1; 2) Careless Driving, S; 3) Driving on Roadways Laned For Traffic, S; 4) Restriction on Alcoholic Beverages, S; and 5) Restraint Systems, S.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Johnson states that on December 4, 2011, while on routine patrol, Troopers observed a vehicle driving erratically on State Route 119. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Johnson detected signs of impairment and requested that Ellinger perform field sobriety tests. After administering the field sobriety tests, Ellinger was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for blood testing.
FUGITIVE OF THE WEEK – July 23, 2012
CAPTURED
CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of July 23, 2012.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Matthew Rockey, age 21, of Winburne, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that Rockey is wanted in two separate cases for failure to appear at Plea and Sentencing Court on July 10, 2012.
On February 24, 2012, Trooper Richard Hoover of the Pennsylvania State Police, Philipsburg Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Rockey with Receiving Stolen Property, F3.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Hoover states that in September 2010, the Pennsylvania State Police began an investigation into the theft of an ATV from a residence in Rush Township. Upon investigation it was found that Rockey had possession of the stolen ATV, which was valued at approximately $6,500.00. When the ATV was recovered in Clearfield County it had been completely destroyed.
A Preliminary Hearing was held on March 21, 2012, at which time all charges were held to court.
FUGITIVE OF THE WEEK – July 16, 2012
CAPTURED
CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of July 16, 2012.
Shaw identified the defendant as Daniel Dillen, age 25, of Glendale Valley Boulevard, Fallentimber, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that Dillen is wanted in six separate cases for failure to appear at Criminal Call on July 12, 2012.
On March 26, 2012, Trooper David Patrick of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed six Criminal Complaints charging Dillen with: 1) Burglary, F1/F2, 4 Counts; 2) Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, F1/F2, 6 Counts; 3) Criminal Trespass, F2, 4 Counts; 4) Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Trespass, F2, 6 Counts; 4) Theft By Unlawful Taking, M1, 12 Counts; 5) Receiving Stolen Property, M1, 12 Counts; 6) Theft By Unlawful Taking, M2, 5 Counts; and 7) Receiving Stolen Property, M2, 5 Counts.
The Criminal Complaints provide that in December 2011 and January 2012 the Pennsylvania State Police began an investigation into six separate burglaries that occurred in Beccaria Township, Chest Township, Houtzdale Borough, and Coalport Borough. Upon further investigation, it was found that Dillen and 4 other actors had broken into several area businesses, a camp, and the Glendale Sportsmen's Club. Dillen and the other actors unlawfully removed over $11,000.00 worth of items from the various locations.
